How much is shipping?
- Australia Standard Shipping:
- $14.95 for orders < $149.99
- FREE for orders > $150+
- Australia Express Shipping: flat rate $26.95.
- New Zealand Standard Shipping: between $24.95 - $39.95, price is subject to your postcode and is calculated at checkout.
- United States Shipping: flat rate of approximately $80 AUD depending on conversion rate.
Will you ship to me internationally?
Currently we only ship to Australia, USA and New Zealand.

How long is the processing and shipping time?
All orders are processed within 2 business days from the time you place your order. Our Melbourne warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Please see below for estimated shipping times for Standard Domestic Parcels:
• Same City (Melbourne): 2-3 business days
• Other (Australia): 4-7 business days
• New Zealand: 10-15 business days
• International: 7 - 21 business days
*Please note* The Beauty F-x is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The Beauty F-x is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
When will I receive an order confirmation and tracking?
You will receive an order confirmation soon as your order has been placed. We’ll then send you an email with a link to your tracking info once your order has been processed for dispatch. Haven’t received these 2 emails? No worries! Just shoot an email to hello@thebeautyf-x.com and we'll give you detailed tracking info.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Should you notice an error on your order or if you want to change your details please email hello@thebeautyf-x.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours. However, please check our refund policy should you have any queries.
My order is being returned to sender?
On the rare occasion, some packages are returned to HQ due to insufficient addresses or being unclaimed. In these circumstances, once your order is returned to our warehouse you will be issued with a refund to the value of your original purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable ($24.95 AUD).

Why do I need The Beauty F-x Fridge?
Say goodbye to the days of storing your products in the kitchen fridge! The Beauty F-x Fridge is a stylish and effortless solution that fits seamlessly into your beauty regime, your own dedicated space for your self care.
There are numerous benefits from storing your products in a colder environment - from prolonging the shelf life of products, allowing for deeper penetration of skincare to calming and soothing inflamed skin conditions. Products that would benefit from colder environments might have active ingredients (Retinoids, Vitamin C), are lower in preservatives or preservative free, sheet masks, beauty tools, probiotics or nail polish! Our main focus was to eliminate the need to run downstairs or across the kitchen to get your serums and masks. For most of us, our skincare routine is when we get to unwind, relax and treat ourselves.
How cold will The Beauty F-x Fridge get?
The fridge can cool down to approximately 3℃- 10℃ at 25℃ ambient, it will start to cool down immediately once plugged into a power source and can take up to 30 minutes to cool down to the lowest temperature. Before use, please switch the unit on Cold and wait 30 minutes to test before placing any products inside.
Where can I store The Beauty F-x Fridge?
We recommend storing The Beauty F-x Fridge on a dry and flat surface away from any sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity, liquids, and sharp objects. Ensure the fridge's fan has at least 10cm's away from a wall and is not obstructed.
Why is there condensation or frost build up in my fridge?
A little condensation is normal and easily dealt with.
Condensation is created by the presence of humidity or moisture and is impacted by factors such as the temperature or humidity of the surrounding environment, location, and the temperature of items before they are placed inside the fridge.
Since The Beauty F-x Fridge is a thermoelectric fridge (not a Compressor fridge like kitchen fridges), it is unable to de-humidify the air - leaving the moisture content of the air that it is pulling into the fridge intact.
To minimise condensation, we recommend that you:
- Keep The Beauty F-x Fridge in a cool, dry place away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
- Allow 10cm clearance behind your fridge for optimal ventilation.
- Keep The Beauty F-x Fridge door shut when not in use.
- Avoid placing warm or hot items in The Beauty Fridge if you are using the cold setting.
- Clean your fridge regularly with a clean, soft cloth
Is The Beauty F-x Fridge noisy?
We understand that many customers wish to store The Beauty F-x Fridge inside their bathroom or bedroom, so we made sure to equip all of The Beauty F-x Fridge’s with the most quiet fans, running at only 28db so you will not be disrupted by a loud humming noise. You can google what 28db sounds like for a good comparison!
What is the energy rating of The Beauty F-x Fridge?
As The Beauty F-x Fridge is categorised as a small electronic appliance, the energy star rating system does not apply. The Beauty F-x Fridge uses only 0.5/kWh of power per day. To give an example, an average household toaster will use around 1.37/kWh when in use.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, PayPal, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Laybuy, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Do you have Buy now - Pay later options?
Yes! Our payment installment options include: Afterpay, Klarna, Laybuy and Zippay.
Simply select your preferred Buy now - Pay later option at the checkout and follow the prompts to checkout.
Do you offer price guarantees?
Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee on our orders. This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you have purchased it.
Warranty Claims/Returns/Refunds
Is there warranty?
All our products have a 1 year warranty please refer to below instructions on how to submit a warranty claim or contact us at hello@thebeautyf-x.com for any warranty enquiries.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
If you think your product is defective and you require a replacement, repair or refund, simply follow these instructions:
Email hello@thebeautyf-x.com with a sentence about the defect + video/photo evidence attached, Order Number and delivery address
Once approved, send back your product as directed with all original contents it came with to The Beauty Fridge - 9 Bibby Court Moorabbin VIC 3189. A replacement, repair or refund of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
You have 12 months from the date of original order to process a warranty application.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that will receive your returned item, depending on where you live the time it may take for exchanged product to reach vary.
Shipping, handling and admin fees of $24.95 are non-refundable.
Can I exchange or return my purchase?
We happily offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping, handling and admin cost of $24.95 are non-refundable. Unfortunately, used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
